JoJo’s DreamCart is a nonprofit, children’s educational television show that is dedicated to teaching children that positive thinking is the first step towards achieving your dreams. The show encourages children to believe in themselves, and realize that they have the tools to achieve their dreams, big or small.

In 2003, Joanne “JoJo” LaRiccia founded JoJo’s DreamCart. As host and executive producer of the show, JoJo’s happiness and enthusiasm for life resonates throughout the production. JoJo lives by a motto “that happiness is contagious” and hopes to spread this message to everyone she comes across.

Children are faced with different obstacles everyday. JoJo’s DreamCart hopes to raise the self-esteem of every child that watches the show. With episodes focused on humor, science, history, health, self-esteem, music, acts of kindness, arts, wisdom, and safety, the show inspires children to believe that they are capable of whatever they put their mind to.

The show has aired on PBS and over 100 other local access channels across the country. Each show features an expert in a specific field, including topics such as Science, Sports, Medicine, Music and History, to educate children in an interactive manner.

JoJo’s DreamCart is endorsed by the Boston Public School System and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino as a positive learning tool for children.
